General Terms and Conditions

These terms (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms") are considered to be concluded between you (hereinafter also referred to as the "Customer")—the person who has accessed and (or) uses the website "www.110places.am" (hereinafter referred to as the "Website")—and "Sargis Matevosyan Artaki" LLC (the owner of the website www.110places.am).
www.110places.am is owned by "Sargis Matevosyan Artaki" LLC, which is registered in the Republic of Armenia,

Please read these terms carefully before registering on the www.110places.am website and using the "110 Places" mobile application (hereinafter referred to as the "Website" and "Mobile Application").
The regulations outlined below regarding the Website are equally applicable to the mobile application.
* To register on the application or to participate in a hike, you must be at least 13 years old.
When using partial or complete information (such as content, images, videos, etc.) from the Website online or in other domains, a link to our website is mandatory.
You can use the website at any time of the day, but we will address questions and issues every day during the time period from 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM, Armenia time (AMT), UTC +4.
By accessing and (or) using the Website in any way, you agree to all the provisions of these Terms. By confirming these Terms, you enter into a contractual relationship with the Website owner, "Sargis Matevosyan Artaki" LLC (hereinafter referred to as the "Website Owner"), and acquire the corresponding rights and obligations. By confirming these Terms, you begin to cooperate with the Website Owner as a User.
- Registration and Personal Account
1.1. To use the Website, registration in the system is required, during which the User must provide the requested information.
1.2. After registration, the User is provided with a personal account with the option to select a password.
1.3. By registering, the User confirms that the data provided by them is accurate and that they have the free will to enter into the Agreement.
1.4. The Website Owner has the right to verify the accuracy of the information provided by the User and, in case of detecting violations, to refuse cooperation.
1.5. The Website Owner is not responsible for the submission of incorrect or false information by the User.
1.6. Our application offers Google Sign-In and Apple Sign-In authentication methods, which allow easy and secure access to your personal account. By using these options, the User agrees to follow Google’s or Apple’s policies and terms. For more information, please refer to the respective Google or Apple Terms of Service:

- Duration and Termination of the Agreement
2.1. The Agreement is concluded for an indefinite period.
2.2. The User has the right to terminate the Agreement at any time by discontinuing the use of the Website.
2.3. The Website Owner has the right to terminate the Agreement if the User violates the provisions of the Terms or provides incorrect and/or false data and information.
2.4. The Website Owner has the right to terminate the Agreement if, in the Website Owner's opinion, the Website is being used for purposes that do not align with its intended use.
2.5. The Website Owner has the right to terminate the Agreement if a violation of the Website Owner's rights to intellectual property and/or copyright objects is recorded. In the aforementioned cases, the Website Owner is not obligated to inform the User in advance about the termination of the Agreement. After the termination of the Agreement, the User will be notified via electronic notification. In this case, the User is obliged to compensate the Website Owner for any proven damages incurred.
- Copyright
3.1. All copyright for the Website belongs to the Website Owner.
- Usage of the Website
4.1. The User can access the Website using Windows and Mac operating systems, as well as Android and iOS mobile devices.
4.2. The User has the right to notify the Website Owner about any issues related to the Website's performance or when noticing that the Website is not functioning properly due to harmful programs or software issues, by leaving appropriate feedback in the designated section.
4.3. By using the Website, the User confirms the following:
4.3.1. The Website will be used exclusively for personal purposes.
4.3.2. The User will not allow third parties to use their account, nor will they transfer or assign their account to any other physical or legal entity in any way.
4.3.3. The User will not use the Website for illegal purposes, including sending and storing illegal materials, as well as for fraudulent purposes.
4.3.4. The User will not use the Website to cause any inconvenience to other individuals.
4.3.5. The User will not disrupt the normal functioning of the network.
4.3.6. The User will not attempt to harm the Website in any way.
4.3.7. The User will maintain the confidentiality of their identification data provided.
4.3.8. By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions, the User acknowledges that the trademarks presented on the Website are the property of the Website Owner and agrees to refrain from their illegal distribution and/or any unauthorized use, except for the purpose of increasing the recognition of the trademark on social media and the internet.
- Suspension and Cancellation of User Accounts
5.1. Users can voluntarily cancel their registration by accessing their personal page.
5.2. Voluntary cancellation is not possible if there is an ongoing and active organized hike or stored data related to current activities.
5.3. The Website Owner has the right to suspend or cancel a User's account if it is found that the basic registration requirements have not been met, or if there are reasonable suspicions of fraud, illegal activities, or use contrary to these Terms.
- Payment for Services
6.1. Payments can be made online using payment systems.
6.2. Online payments are subject to full or partial refunds if the Website Owner is unable to fully or partially provide the service.
6.3. In case of issues related to payments, the User can contact the Website Owner by sending a message through the Website.
- Complaints and Liability
7.1. The Website Owner is responsible for the quality of the services provided on the Website.
7.2. The Website Owner is responsible for the quality of the hikes organized and conducted by them.
7.3. If the service provided to the User does not meet the quality standards specified in the agreement, the User has the right to file a complaint in accordance with Armenian legislation. In this case, depending on the circumstances, the Website Owner may:
- Provide the hike service again without additional charge,
- Or refund the User's payment, either fully or partially, considering the grounds of the complaint.
7.4. The Website Owner is not responsible for any damages you incur as a result of using the Website. This does not exclude the Website Owner’s liability for potential damages incurred during the use of the services provided, in accordance with Armenian legislation.
8. Force Majeure
8.1. The Parties are exempt from liability for non-fulfillment or partial fulfillment of obligations under this Agreement if it results from the impact of force majeure circumstances arising after the conclusion of this Agreement, which could not have been predicted or prevented by the Parties. Such situations include earthquakes, floods, fires, war, declaration of martial law or a state of emergency, political unrest, strikes, suspension of communication means, acts of government bodies, etc., which make it impossible to fulfill the obligations defined by this Agreement. If the force majeure circumstances persist for more than 3 (three) months, each Party has the right to terminate the Agreement by notifying the other Party in advance.
9. Other Provisions
9.1. The Website Owner reserves the right to make changes and additions to these Terms and Conditions, which will be communicated through the Website (in the notifications section) or by sending an informational email (if the Users have provided their email address).
9.2. Disputes between the Parties are governed by the laws of the Republic of Armenia, and disputes are subject to resolution with the participation of an authorized mediator, in accordance with the Civil Procedure Code of the Republic of Armenia.
Personal Data Registration
The Customer's personal data is used only in accordance with these Terms. The Website Owner does not sell, provide to third parties, or publish the Customer's personal data for commercial or any other purposes, except in cases provided by the legislation of the Republic of Armenia.
Except for the cases specified in the Regulations, we do not provide your personal data to third parties without your explicit consent.
The Website Owner does not have access to your payment card or other banking details, and therefore the Website Owner cannot register, collect, or be held responsible for any use of these details, including but not limited to cases where third parties gain access to or take action with respect to such information (including but not limited to cases where third parties gain access to or take any action with respect to such information).
