The User can cancel the hiking event and request a refund if the cancellation is made at least 3 days before the event date. In this case, the User will be refunded the full amount paid by him. If cancellation is made less than 3 days prior to the event date, no refund will be given for any reason.

 

If the progress of the group may be dangerous due to weather conditions, natural disasters, any emergency (expected danger from beasts, rockfalls, etc.) during the hike, as well as due to the ill health of one of the group members, the group leader has the right to stop the progress of the group and return the group back. In that case, there is no refund.

 

If the hiker/campaign participant does not follow the group leader's instructions or violates the above-mentioned "Code of Conduct During the Campaign," the leader will no longer be responsible for the hiker's life and health. Moreover, in this case, the leader has the right to exclude the participant who violated the "Code of Conduct During the Campaign" without a refund.

 

Please note that to cancel, the User is required to contact a representative of 110 Places and provide the necessary information, including their booking details. Price Clarification
The event price is listed on the website or application and includes all applicable taxes. Full payment is required to participate in the event. No additional charges will be applied during the payment process, except in cases where the User orders additional services, which will be communicated in advance.

 

Payment Confirmation via the Application
After completing the payment, the User receives confirmation in the "Orders" section in the form of a status update for the respective event.
