Dear Campaign Participant,

Before joining our group, please take a moment to familiarize yourself with the code of conduct to be followed during the campaign.

Before each campaign, depending on its complexity, type (e.g., mountaineering), weather conditions, and other factors, you will be provided with information on what to bring and how to physically prepare for the campaign.

If a participant has medical contraindications for this type of activity, the decision to join the campaign is made solely at their own discretion. If mountaineering or prolonged walking is contraindicated for you, but you still decide to participate in the campaign, the group leader bears no responsibility for any potential deterioration of your health.

Code of Conduct During the Campaign

  1. Strictly follow the leader's instructions. In unforeseen or extreme situations, inform the leader immediately and comply with all their directives.
  2. If you experience any health issues during the campaign (e.g., feeling unwell, insect bites, etc.), immediately inform the group leader.
  3. While moving along the route, participants must not deviate from the designated path, overtake the group, or fall behind.
  4. During breaks, do not separate yourself from the group. If you need to rest, inform the group leader.
  5. If any issue arises during the route that could harm your health, immediately inform the group leader.
  6. In any situation or need, promptly inform the leader.
  7. It is not recommended to try unfamiliar berries, mushrooms, or similar items, as they may be poisonous.
  8. The consumption of alcoholic beverages throughout the route is permitted only with the group leader's approval.
  9. Follow fire safety rules: Do not start a fire without notifying the group leader.
  10. Do not litter while traveling along the route. Cleaning up is highly encouraged.
  11. Before swimming in water bodies such as rivers, lakes, reservoirs, or waterfalls, inform the hike leader of your intentions.
  12. Each participant must have the necessary personal equipment for this hike. If you happen to forget something, you must inform the hike leader before the hike begins.
  13. Maintain discipline within the group and offer mutual assistance to other participants of the hike.

Note:

If the progress of the group becomes dangerous due to weather conditions or the poor health of one of the group members, the group leader has the right to stop the group's progress and return the group.

If a hiker/participant fails to follow the group leader's instructions or violates the "Behavioral Rules During the Hike" mentioned above, the leader will no longer be responsible for the life and health of that hiker. Furthermore, in this case, the leader has the right to exclude the participant who violated the behavioral rules during the hike, without a refund.

If the hike requires mountaineering or other specific experience, and the group leader informs all individuals expressing interest in participating in advance, then if an individual conceals information about their mountaineering experience or medical contraindications, they will be responsible for any possible negative consequences.
